                 (Based on quantities and specifications)

          .      DESIGN AND BUILD

                 (Based on employer's requirements and 
                  Kuasatek's proposal)

          .      COST PLUS METHOD

                 (Reimbursement of total cost plus percentage sum for 

                 profits mutually agreed to Kuasatek (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.)
